During these times and by following the latest advice regarding Coronavirus we have had to adjust our preferred way of working and now offer non-contact check-ins.  What this means is that although there will be no-one there to meet and greet you, we will ensure that everything is ready ahead of your arrival. 

A hand sanitiser unit is located at the entrance of each chalet, we ask that you use this each time you leave/arrive at the property.  Keysafe, keys and door handles are all sanitised prior to your arrival as part of our updated cleaning policy inline with the latest Covid19 guidelines.  Our cleaning and sanitising schedule is available to view on request.

A small supply of disposable gloves, additional cleaning products and a travel size hand sanitiser are provided for your use within the property.

A 72 hour quarantine period prior to each booking is in place to as extra reassurance to our guests.

All paper tourist information brochures/leaflets and some decorative soft furnishings such as bed throws etc. have been removed.

COVID 19 PRE-TRAVEL CHECK – 3 days prior to your arrival we ask that you provide us with an email to confirm that no one within your travel group have displayed any symptoms of coronavirus (A new, continuous cough, a high temperature or a loss in sense of taste or smell).  This is to ensure you are all fit and well prior to travelling to stay with us. It is very important that you do not travel if you have had any of the above noted symptoms. Further information of what to do if any of your travel group fall ill during your stay is located within your accommodation. 

Please note – should you, or any member of your booking develop symptoms during your stay and require to self isolate within our property, all additional costs incurred due to this are to be met by the guests.

Those guests booking more than one property (restrictions apply) will be made aware that we must enforce that at this time you do not enter any property other that the one you are booked in.  All guests booked within any chalet must also currently be from the same household. This guidance is reviewed at regular intervals and will be updated to follow the latest government guidelines.

We ask that all guests be mindful of keeping a 2m distance from other guests and staff whilst in the carpark or outdoor areas.

With increased cleaning/sanitising schedules in place, we are currently operating with a limited number of chalets available for booking (Chalets 2 -6)
